I talked to customer service on Sunday following not Listening to from them. I had been instructed they continue to needed to simply call me. I obtained a call at work on Monday and luckily could respond to. Tickets have been sent right away once the phone. This was really demanding. Customer Service persons are soooo nice! But GAT sends the ticket
